"U Fit Women" (Group Class)
This membership is for females (ages 15+) who want to improve their fitness level, and do so with a community of like-minded women.
Class Description
For women at all fitness levels: HIIT, Strength Training, Cardio, Functional Movement Workout, Core/Stability Training, Balance, and Mobility Training.
- Class Duration: 50 minutes
Times (5x/week)
- Monday & Wednesday @ 5am - 5:50am
- Tuesday and Friday @ 4:30pm - 5:30pm
- Saturday @ 9am - 10am
Payment Options
- Unlimited Membership (Recurring): $110/month (All classes and times available)
- 8 Class Pack (Non-recurring): $80 (8 class limit, credits expire in 2 months)

"U Fit Senior" (Group Class)
This membership is for anyone (ages 60+) who want to increase their fitness level, decrease pain, optimize posture, and enhance overall health.
Class Description
For those up in age that wish to: stay in shape, strengthen core/posture helping muscles, improve quality of life, rid of aches and pains by increasing bodily symmetry.
- Class Duration: 50 minutes
Times (2x/week)
- Monday & Wednesday @ 11am - 11:50am
