U Fit Level 3 (Group Class)
This membership is for both men and women (ages 15+) who want to improve their fitness level, and do so with a supporting community of like-minded people working to feel better, look better, and improve overall health.
Class Description
For men and women at experienced fitness levels: HIIT, Strength Training, Cardio, Functional Movement Workout, Core/Stability Training, Balance, and Mobility Training.
- Class Duration: 50 minutes
Times (5x/week)
- Monday & Wednesday @ 5am - 5:50am
- Tuesday and Friday @ 4:30pm - 5:30pm
- Saturday @ 8:30am - 9:30am
Payment Options
- Unlimited Membership (Recurring): $110/month (All classes and times available)
- 8 Class Pack (Non-recurring): $80 (8 class limit, credits expire in 2 months)

U Fit Level 1 (Group Class)
This membership is for anyone who is a beginner in their fitness journey. This class will work to increase their fitness level, decrease pain, optimize posture, and enhance overall health.
Class Description
Circuit based exercises that will help to: stay in shape, strengthen core/posture helping muscles, improve quality of life, rid of aches and pains by increasing bodily symmetry.
- Class Duration: 50 minutes
Women's Class Times (3x/week)
- Monday & Wednesday @ 11am - 11:50am
- Satuday @ 8:30am - 9:30am
Men's Class Times (3x/week)
- Monday & Wednesday @ 10:15am - 11:10am
- Satuday @ 8:30am - 9:30am
