Athlete Training Classes


Rodeo Athlete Class:
Our rodeo strength and conditioning program is built around the same proven system we use for our remote athletes, ensuring it’s designed specifically for the demands of rodeo competition. If you’re local, we offer an in-person class up to three times a week included at no extra cost giving you the flexibility to train when you’re home or off the road.
- Class Duration: 60 minutes
Times
- Tuesday & Thursday @ 11am - 12pm
- (We understand the busy schedule of those who are pursuing a career in rodeo, so there are other times/opportunities during our training week to get training sessions in. Please message us so we can discuss other times that are dedicated to training our athletes.)

- Monthly Membership: $199/month

Rookie Strength and Speed Class
This class is for the younger athletes who wish to begin an athletic strength, conditioning, speed, and explosion training program. Our goal is to create a foundation of athleticism, strength, and movement efficiency within each young athlete who trains consistently helping them get an athletic edge now. In this class, our trainers will cover: strength development, coordination/agility, explosion training, core/stability training, running mechanics, and form lifting.
- Class Duration: 60 minutes
Times (3x/week)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 5:00pm - 6:00pm
