Group Lessons (Hitting, Fielding, & Pitching)
1 hour group lesson for Hitting, Fielding, or Pitching. Membership will be placed underneath only 1 clients name. (All lessons will be booked on our app)

Graduate Maintenance Dose Private Session
1-hour private lesson for athletes who have finished/graduated from the Flow Pitching Process and The Reactive Swing Process. It will be the coach/trainer’s decision to decide whether or not the process has been finished and if the Athlete can “graduate” to the Maintenance Dose Private Session. This lesson package is a reward for the clients’ hard-work, commitment, and completion of one or both of our processes.

FIRST STEP Assessment Lesson
This will be the “First Step” to all private lessons and the athlete being placed inside our programs and processes. For us to learn more about the athlete and how to coach the athlete, we have designed a 1 hour block to properly assess the athlete very thoroughly. We are doing this to make sure we do not waste any time or money in getting the athlete to progress consistently. “If you are not assessing, you are guessing.”
Our coaches will perform 4 assessments to understand the body, movement, and mind of the athlete. We will compare you structurally, mechanically, and mentally to top athletes in the sport.
- The Functional Movement Assessment: this test will evaluate how well your body is functioning. We'll check for any instabilities and inefficiencies that may be causing problems now or in the future. We will also properly take note of your past injuries to better understand your physical condition.
- The Mechanical Video Analysis: this will involve a slow-motion video analysis of your movement, specifically throwing, hitting, and/or fielding. Our coaches will score you based on your comparison to elite, big-league movers.
- The Kinesthetic Assessment: this assessment will focus on your physical interactions and movements to gauge your understanding or skills in the sport, and how well you can make physical adjustments.
- The Personality Assessment: an assessment where we will evaluate the best way to approach and coach you as an individual. Understanding your background and what motivates you is important for us to help you improve.
Please Note: Our goal of this assessment is to give the athlete and parent proper feedback of our process in getting the athlete to move at the best of their ability. After the assessment we will be able to give the parent and athlete an approximation of the length of time it will take to start seeing improvements and the mastering of the skill we are teaching. This estimation will be the time it will take to “GRADUATE from our processes/courses and be placed on The Maintenance Dose Session Package. Please understand that if an athlete scores too poorly on the assessment we can inform the parent that private lessons may not be the most efficient investment of time and money at this time. At this point we will inform and educate the parent on what may be the best investment at this time and refuse the service of “private lessons” to our client. We do this to honor the parent’s time, effort, and money in getting your athlete to their goals.
