Dear Rodeo Athlete,
We’re hoping you commit to us for your needs outside of skill development and join us in our Remote Training Program at The U a customized performance system built around your specific needs, schedule, and goals.
Your journey will begin with a comprehensive assessment designed to gather key baseline data. This allows us to track your progress over time and build a clear picture of your development. From this, you’ll receive your personalized U-Development Plan a full-spectrum guide designed to your training, performance goals, and overall well-being.
Here’s what to expect inside the program:
Your feedback and schedule updates will play a major role in how we design and adjust your training each week. This isn’t just a remote workout plan it’s a performance partnership built around your lifestyle as an elite rodeo athlete.

Remote App Access
You’ll have your own performance calendar and training platform, where your dedicated strength coach will program customized workouts based on your assessment results and schedule. -
Customized Training Routines
Programs may include strength training, mobility work, speed and agility drills, conditioning, and soft tissue recovery adjusted weekly according to your rodeo and travel commitments. -
Direct Coach Communication
You’ll be added to a private group chat with your coach, where you can upload videos for form feedback and real-time adjustments to your plan. -
Wellness Guidance
Your U-Development Plan also includes nutrition and hydration tips, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle habits to improve recovery, longevity, and sustainability both in and out of the arena.
