To get started, here’s how it works:

Book Your Intro Lesson
Purchase and schedule your Intro Lesson directly in the app.

Get a Coach Recommendation
After your Intro Lesson, your coach will recommend the best next step, either a private lesson package or a membership.

Attend Your Private Lessons
Begin training with purpose using the path recommended by your coach.

Choose a Membership When You’re Ready
When it’s time to commit to long-term development, select the membership that fits your goals.

All private lesson packages are available with weekly payment plan options to make training more accessible.
Single Lesson
$90/hour
2-Lesson Package (Non-Member)
1-hour private session each
$170 ($85 per lesson)
Available for use within up to 4 weeks
4-Lesson Package (Non-Member)
1-hour private session each
$320 ($80 per lesson)
Available for use within up to 8 weeks
6-Lesson Package (Non-Member)
1-hour private session each
$450 ($75 per lesson)

At The U, being a member means you’re committed to your development. Our Remote Membership gives you access to:

- Discounted private lessons and group classes
- Access to our coaching support online and in person
- We have three membership types:

Uadvanced Hybrid Membership
HS, College, Pro athletes will receive detailed plan, programming, skill specific drills, and expanded performance feedback. All athletes will have the ability to either train outside the facility using remote app or in house training in the form of remote access or organized classes.

U Remote Membership
Every remote athlete receives a fully individualized development plan, including strength & movement programming, skills-specific drills for hitting, pitching, and defense, and expanded performance feedback based on your needs, position, and season.

Strength Membership
Provides access to the Futures App and a personalized training calendar tailored to your goals, with the option to train remotely using your available equipment or in-house with full access to our space and equipment.
