Rookie Level Group - Strength and Conditioning Package (Ages 8-12)
$240/month
This class focuses mainly on speed and agility, but will concentrate heavily on proper sports specific/functional movement patterns and coordination. The goal of this package is to create a foundation of proper lifting techniques and core/stability strength that will set up a dynamic future in athletic training and sports perfomrance. This package will include:
- 4 week program
- 2 (60 minute workouts per week)
- Agility/coordination work, proper running/sprinting mechanics, fuctional strength training, core and stability training, and mobility focuses
- 5% on Chiropractic Appointments
Personal Training (1 on 1) with Marshall Harmon: -
- 4 week program
- (3) 45-minute sessions - $45 per session
